OUR
EXPERIENCE
- We analyzed government produced discovery
material in a tax evasion case and found the evidence to
be insufficient, which induced a favorable plea bargain
for one defendant and complete dismissal of a co-defendant.
- We investigated allegations of criminal battery by a
prominent San Diego sports figure which stopped criminal
charges from being filed.
- We assisted a team of defense attorneys in a multi defendant
criminal investigation and subsequent trial. We analyzed
thousands of pages of discovery material and interviewed
numerous witnesses. After a two month trial a mixed verdict
was reached. An appeal was filed by the defense team and
the trial judge vacated the guilty verdicts and ordered
a new trial.
