OUR EXPERIENCE

  • We assisted a major law firm in San Diego with the identification of a potential responsible party in a clean-up of a contaminated site and identified, located and interviewed over 100 former employees.
  • We assisted a large national company which owned a building which had been rented to businesses which polluted the site. Baker Street Group managed security at the site during ground testing, identified and interviewed witnesses and experts, and provided technical assistance to the legal team during trial.
  • We located and interviewed witnesses to prove that a person who purchased a contaminated site knew that the site was contaminated, resulting in the dismissal of a legal action brought by the person, who claimed no knowledge of such contamination.
  • We conducted numerous Phase I and T-Screen site assessments in the Southern California area.
